In simple terms, the sticky carbon residue is formed due to incomplete combustion inside the engine. Carbon deposits in the combustion chamber of engine can affect engine performance, resulting in higher energy consumption, loss of horsepower, engine knocking or overheating.
Simply put, our machines produce hydrogen syn-gas from methanol water. The syn-gas are directed towards the engine combustion chamber, via the air intake manifold, where they mix with your usual carbon based fuel (petrol, diesel) and are both ignited.
The hydrogen syn-gas the combustion temperature slightly, creating the right conditions for combustion, decomposition and elimination of carbon deposits. Hydrogen restores soft carbon deposits on the surface, creating a hydrocarbons that is easier to burn and helps remove excess carbon that causes poor operation.

MHCC output hose attaches simply to the air intake

hydrogen syn-gas enters the engine’s cylinders

carbon deposits are converted to hydrocarbons & exits exhaust cleanly and safely
