Compact Hydrogen generator
Supplies of generators – Various 1CMH to 10 CMH hydrogen generators have been successfully developed with products mixtrue containing about 70%H2, 2-4ppm CO and balance of CO2 andＮ2.
Recent successful development of 10CMH reformer module is been used to fabricate a 50CMH onsite plant for 99.99% purity hydrogen after PSA purification.
Features:
Heated to stable hydrogen supply in 15min by a flameless catalytic heater; the hydrogen products are composed of 70%H2, 2-4ppmCO and balance of CO2 and N2 after drying.
1.The hydrogen fuel con be directed used for power generation in the fuel cell system with 1.05KWh output by 1000lph hydrogen input.
2.Thermal efficiency of over 88% for H2 production and 34.5% to power generation (1KWh/524gm of Methanol) without taking hot water heating into calculation.
