High purity hydrogen generator

Hydrogen generator (GHM-XXCMH5N series) use methanol-water as the raw material to produce hydrogen-rich gas, purified by PSA, to produce high-purity hydrogen. The hydrogen product is widely used in the fields of petroleum refining, petroleum exploitation, chemical industry, coal chemical industry, chlor-alkali chemical industry, fine chemical industry, poly silicon, industrial gas, ammonia, methanol synthesis, steel, and metal smelting, Glass, pharmaceutical intermediates, aerospace, medical, fuel cells, environmental protection, automotive, new energy and other industries.

According to the different needs of users, the purity of the product hydrogen can be between 99vol% and 99.9999vol%, and the output scale of hydrogen can be between 5 and 200 Nm3/hr, and typical product pressures from 0.1MPaG to 0.5MPaG.

Plant features of the GHM-XXCMH5N series hydrogen generator：

1. Proven reliability & durability – demonstrated through availability lifetime test, with >34,000hr of operation of a 7.5NMh methanol reformer in the field without failure.
2. The oxidation catalyst used for the flameless heating of the hydrogen generator has had durability test at 400-500oC and 800-1000oC over 63,000hr and is still active.
3. High quality (H2 >99.9999vol%, CO<1ppm)
4. Fully automatic or manual operation and remote monitor (available options)
5. Small area occupancy: GHT’s 20NMh hydrogen generator occupies only a space of 1.3M2 (1.3x0.95M); in comparison, a 3000M3 long tube trailer requires a parking space of 29.5M2 (12.3x2.4M) besides an additional parking space for trailer changing and driving way for routine new shipment.
