1‧HEC stands for hydrogen enhanced combustion.
2‧HEC is an effect that addition of small amount of hydrogen into an internal combustion engine enhances the fuel combustion and efficiency according to Prof. Heywood of MIT of US in late 1990.
3‧GHT in 2010 solve the difficulty of continuous supplying hydrogen to engine by a small onboard reformer or by a stationary hydrogen generator for both HEC and the cleaning of the residual carbon deposit in the engine wall to achieve fuel saving and the reduction of HC, NOx and black fume in the engine exhaust.
